By deploying, accessing, or using the Agentic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Due to the autonomous nature of the agents provided, you acknowledge full responsibility for the operational parameters and boundaries you set within the system.
Agentic provides the infrastructure and base models for AI workforce deployment. However, we do not monitor or control the specific tasks executed within your isolated tenant environment. You remain strictly liable for any actions, data mutations, or communications initiated by your agents.
We employ a strict Zero Trust architecture. Agentic does not train its foundational models on your proprietary enterprise data without explicit, opt-in consent. Operational logs are retained solely for 30 days for debugging purposes unless otherwise configured in your SLA.
Agentic reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any agent nodes attempting to bypass security guardrails, generate malicious payloads, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
